How does the process work?
It is easy.
1. We Speak by Phone or In person to gather information about your Plans
2. We prepare and Email you the Legal Will, Power of Attorney for Property, Power of Attorney for Personal Care and an Advanced Health Directive for you to approve
3. Once Approved, We print the Will on Acid Free Linen Paper and meet with you so you can sign your Will and Power of Attorney Documents with us. We also offer Home Visits.
How can I pay for the Services?
You can pay with Debit Cards, Visa or MasterCard – We do not accept Cash or Cheque Payments.
Do you offer payment plans?
Unfortunately we do not offer payment plans for our services. We do however accept Visa and MasterCard which provides an alternative way of financing our services with your service provider.
How long does the process take?
The initial phone or in-person consultation lasts about 30 minutes, sometimes longer when needed.
The Documents are prepared within a short time, often 24-48 hours after your initial consultation.
The signing appointment takes about 15 minutes for the lawyer to go line by line through each document and for the witnesses to view your signature.
